Roast to Order Process
Coffee is considered 'Roaster Fresh' for approximately 45 days after roasting (half that time if the coffee is pre-ground). To ensure our customers get the best cup of coffee, we don't start roasting until they place their order. We also label each bag with the date the coffee was roasted or 'born'. Buying the best beans from around the world and roasting to order are just two of the ways we show our commitment to providing the absolute freshest and best coffee possible.
Home Delivery Service
When we set out to design our version of a coffee club, we had one thing in mind: our customers. We wanted to design a club that gave them total control over the order and delivery process. Our club is easy to join and easy to manage. Our industry leading club ensures that our club members get the coffee when they want it. They set their own personal schedule and modify it at any time. We send shipping notification emails seven days before we start preparing our customers' orders in order to allow for any last minute changes. This ensures our customers do not get any unwanted coffee!
